1.       Swear in newly appointed Town Council member

 

2.       Meet with Planning Board members, Planner Peter Friedrichs and Land Use Attorney Kerin Browning for discussion of proposed Zoning ordinance amendments regarding:

a.       Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Non-Conformance  

·         Sections 113 & 401

b.       Zoning Ordinance Amendment – RA & RB: Total living area

·         Sections 306 & 307

c.       Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Development Plan Review

 

3.       Receive update on Rural Health Transformation Grant

 

4.       Discuss and act on Old Harbor Dock parking considerations
