b. Act to approve recommendations from the Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission: 
ii. Approval of the Taxi waitlist
c. Act to approve the Recreational Grant Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management for the construction of pickleball courts in the amount of $100,000 
d. Act to approve the Sewer Overflow & Stormwater Reuse Grant Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank for West Beach Road Design in the amount of $115,000

a. Receive resignation from Clair Comings as the Town’s representative on the Early Learning Center Board
b. Announce vacancies:
i. Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire: One (not MVFH licensee) (term exp. 12/2026)
ii. Old Harbor Task Force (term exp. 12/2027)
iii. Police Advisory Commission (term exp. 12/2026)
iv. Age-Friendly Community Task Force (term exp. 12/2026)
v. Sewer District Committee and Water District Committee Alternate position (term exp. 4/2027)
