1.       Discussion of any major policy changes of the Water Commission  

a.       Update on Water Improvement Project

2.       Discussion of any major policy changes of the Sewer Commission

a.       Request to the RI Legislature to increase penalties

3.       Discussion act on changes to the FY2027 Management Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham, the Water Commission, and the Sewer Commission:

a.       Increase of the Administrative Services/Billing/Bookkeeping Fee for Water District and Sewer District from $45,000 to $50,000

b.       Consider request of Sewer District Commission and Water District Commission to hold the proposed Administrative Service Fees at $50,000 for a period of three years
