1.      Open Call and vote to go into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation pursuant to RI Gen Laws Sec. 42-46-4 (a) and 46-42-5 (a) (2) and, subject thereto, Executive Session pursuant to RI Gen Laws Sec. 42-46-5 (a) (2) to discuss pending litigation.
