The Town of New Shoreham Planning Board will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

AGENDA

1.   Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation (by December 28, 2018) for an Application by Christopher Warfel to amend the New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Sections 425 and 517 regarding the placement of solar arrays.

2.   Law, Ann.  Plat 6, Lot 140.  Request for a Mylar to be signed off as subdivision is not required.

3.   Schedule a special meeting to discuss sea level rise.

4.   Approval of Minutes
