1.   Phelan, Blake and Michele. Plat 10. Lots 19-1 & 23-1. Application for a Master Plan stage review and approval of a Major Subdivision of land on Payne Road; Public Informational Meeting,

 

2.   Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for an Application by Christopher Warfel to amend the New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Sections 425 and 517 regarding the placement of solar arrays.

 

3.   Gelsomini, Nick and Pamela. Plat 4, Lot 63. Fire # 617 Off Corn Neck Road. Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Sections 306 (E) and 406 to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a single family dwelling, accessory residential structure, spa and in-ground pool. The single family dwelling exceeds the square footage and cubic feet limits set forth in Section 306 (E). Review and act on waiver requests and set the public hearing.

Listen to the Zoom Meeting

 

1.   Please dial in to the meeting less than two (2) minutes prior to the meeting start time.  If you dial in too early, your connection may time out.  If that happens, call back.  You may also dial in any time after the meeting begins and may leave at any time by hanging up.

 

2.   Use of the Zoom app is reserved for Board members and other speaking participants.  Please email landuse@new-shoreham.com if you are going to be a speaking participant.  Please do not use the Zoom App to connect; if you use the Zoom app, you will not be granted access to the meeting.

 

3.   Dial in from a landline or cell phone, just as you would to make a normal phone call.  Use the Phone Number, Meeting ID and Password provided in the official meeting agenda.  When prompted after dialing, enter the Meeting ID and press #.  Then press # (there is no Participant ID).  Then enter the Password and press #.

 

4.   If you would like to speak regarding an application, dial *9 to ‘raise your hand’ and inform the host. You will be recognized to speak. Once recognized to speak you dial *6 to mute or unmute your telephone.

 

5.   If you are disconnected from the meeting, try dialing in again. 

 

6.   Applicants, Board members and invited guests should use the link provided via email to access the meeting.
