AGENDA

1.   Town of New Shoreham. Plat 10, Lot 2. Fire #6 Payne Road. PUBLIC HEARING for an Application by Block Island Health Services, Inc. for Development Plan Review for an addition to the Medical Center. The lot is located in the Medical (MC) Zone. 

2.   F & D Management and 212 Water Street, LLC. Plat 6, Lots 156 an 157. Water Street. Application for an Administrative Subdivision of land on Water Street. 

3.   Donald and Holly McGran. Plat 6, Lot 56. Fire # 485 Old Town Road. Request for a Mylar to be signed off as subdivision is not required.

4.   Create and discuss list of potential Zoning Ordinance amendments for the Planning Board to prioritize and schedule for implementation.  Potential ordinances to be prioritized include but are not limited to: size and massing of residential structures, outdoor lighting, seasonal employee housing, wetlands setbacks and buffers due to revisions in State law, accessory hotels rooms, and more than twenty implementation actions related to potential Zoning amendments listed within the 2016 New Shoreham Comprehensive Plan.
