2.   Act on a recommendation to the Town Council for amendments to Zoning regulations related to the size and massing of residential structures, Zoning Ordinance Section 406 Residential Structures Meeting Certain Thresholds, Section 514 Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones, Section 11 General Prohibitions, and Sections 306(E) and 307 (E)
