Marthens, Bradford G., and Marthens, Anne C. dba Marthens & Co LLC. Plat 8, Lots 256, 256-1, 256-2, 256-3, 256-4, & 256-5. Public Hearing for the Preliminary Plan to modify an existing Subdivision of the Proposed Lot/Open Space Reconfiguration.

3. Flowering Spade, LLC. Plat 2, Lot 32-2. Corn Neck Road. Public Hearing for Development Plan Review for an Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 406 to construct a Single-Family Dwelling, Accessory Structure to be used as game room and storage and an Accessory Structure to be used for storage and fitness studio. The single-family dwelling exceeds the limits set forth in Section 306 (E). Planning Board conditional approval for an Administrative Subdivision of lots 32-1 and 32-2.
