1.   Stinnett, Kara and Nathan. Plat 6, Lot 2-2. Fire # 465 Old Town Road. Public Hearing on an application for a combined Master and Preliminary Plan review of a Major Subdivision of land off of Old Town Road.

 

2.   The Nature Conservancy. Plat 3, Lot 106. Request for a Mylar to be signed off as subdivision is not required.

 

3.   Flowering Spade, LLC. Plat 2, Lots 32-1 and 32-2. Fire # 1033 Corn Neck Road.  Application for an Administrative Subdivision of two lots on Corn Neck Road. 

 

4.   Hunt, John and Korman, Sari. Plat 4, Lots 16 and 17. Fire # 622 Corn Neck Road and Fire # 1065 Corn Neck Road. Application for an Administrative Subdivision to merge two developed lots into a single lot. All existing buildings to razed and a new single-family dwelling and accessory buildings to be constructed. This application is conditional upon the Zoning relief.

 

5.   Filippi, Paul C. and Filippi, Blake A. Plat 19, Lot 9-1&2. Fire # 912 Champlin Road. Application for an Administrative Subdivision of land on Champlin Road.

 

6.   Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 519. Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for a proposed amendment by Christopher Warfel to Zoning Ordinance Section 519. New Section.  Planning Board has 45 days (July 7, 2022) in which to respond.

 

7.   Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 513. Discuss and Act on findings and a recommendation for amending Zoning Ordinance Section 513 Accessory Apartments.

 

8.   Discussion regarding amendments to Zoning regulations related to the size and massing of residential structures, Zoning Ordinance Section 406 Residential Structures Meeting Certain Thresholds, Section 514 Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones, Section 11 General Prohibitions, and Sections 306(E) and 307 (E)
