Act on a recommendation to the Zoning Board for an Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Sections 306(E), 401 and 406 to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and rebuild a single-family dwelling. The single-family dwelling exceeds the limits set forth in Section 306 (E).

7. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 519. Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for a proposed amendment by Christopher Warfel to Zoning Ordinance Section 519. New Section. Planning Board has 45 days (July 7, 2022) in which to respond.
8. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 513. Discuss and Act on findings and a recommendation for amending Zoning Ordinance Section 513 Accessory Apartments.
9. Discuss the results of the large house survey. Discussion regarding amendments to Zoning regulations related to the size and massing of residential structures, Zoning Ordinance Section 406 Residential Structures Meeting Certain Thresholds, Section 514 Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones, Section 11 General Prohibitions, and Sections 306(E) and 307 (E)
