1.      Payne, Cathy. Plat 10, Lot 21-1. Application for an Administrative Subdivision off Payne Road.

 

2.      Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 519. Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for a proposed amendment by Christopher Warfel to Zoning Ordinance Section 519. (New Section) Planning Board has 45 days (November 28, 2022) in which to respond.

 

3.      Flowering Spade, LLC. Plat 2, Lot 32-2. Corn Neck Road.  Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 406 to construct a Single-Family Dwelling, Accessory Structure to be used as game room and storage and an Accessory Structure to be used for storage and fitness studio. The single-family dwelling exceeds the limits set forth in Section 306 (E). Planning Board conditional approval for an Administrative Subdivision of lots 32-1 and 32-2.   Review and act on waiver requests and set the public hearing.

PUBLIC HEARING for an Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 311 (E) and Article 4, Section 407 for an addition to the Surfside, construction of two accessory hotel rooms and to expand the accessory building. Request for a continuance to December 14, 2022.

 

5.      32 Dodge Street Op.Co. LLC. Plat 6 Lot 138 and Lot 141. Fire # 439 Dodge Street. Advisory to the Zoning Board of Review for an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 311 (E) and Article 4, Section 407 for an addition to the Surfside, construction of two accessory hotel rooms and to expand the accessory building. Request for a continuance to December 14, 2022.

 

6.      Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919. Champlin Road.  PUBLIC HEARING for an Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 to demolish all existing structures and rebuild a secondary dwelling development. Request for a continuance to December 14, 2022.

 

7.      Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919. Champlin Road. Advisory to the Zoning Board of Review for an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 for a for a secondary dwelling development.  All existing structures to be razed. Request for a continuance to December 14, 2022.
