1.      Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919. Champlin Road. Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 for a for a secondary dwelling development.  All existing structures to be razed. Review and act on waiver requests and set the public hearing.

2.      32 Dodge Street Op.Co. LLC. Plat 6 Lot 138 and Lot 141. Fire # 439 Dodge Street. Application for Development Plan Review of an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 311 (E) and Article 4, Section 407 for an addition to the Surfside, construction of two accessory hotel rooms and to expand the accessory building. Review and act on waiver requests and set the public hearing.

3.      Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 513. Act on findings and a recommendation to the Town Council for an amendment to the New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 513 Accessory Apartments.

4.      Amendments to Zoning regarding regulations related to the size and massing of residential structures.  Discussion of possible amendments to the Zoning Ordinance;

°         Article 4, Section 406, Residential Structures Meeting Certain Thresholds
