Development Plan Review for an application for a Special Use Permit under Section 405, Affordable Housing for construction of eight (8) duplex structures, creating a total of sixteen (16) rental units, restricted to year-round residents. Review and act on waiver requests and set the public hearing.
3. Town of New Shoreham. Plat 3, Lot 127. Mansion Road. Advisory to the Zoning Board of Review for an Application by the Town Manager for a Special Use Permit under Section 306 (E) Government Facility for installation of public restrooms at Mansion Beach.

Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article 2, Section 202, Definitions, number 112, Lot Area, Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for a proposed amendment by Marc Tillson to Zoning Ordinance Sections regarding Lot Area. Construction of a new structure for two Accessory Dwelling Units.
