Proposed amendments to multiple sections of the New Shoreham Land Development and Subdivision Regulations to bring the regulations into compliance with state law changes effective January 1, 2024. § 908. Changes to Approved Plans and Plats.

Comprehensive permit ordinance (Section 412 of the Zoning Ordinance) from Weston
3. Department of Environmental Management. Discuss and act on application for permission to alter freshwater wetlands for end of High View Lane (Ambrose Swamp), # 22-0209 A.P. 8 Lots 231, 233, 236-240, 242 and 253 New Shoreham. RI
4. Scenic Block Island. Discussion with Scenic Block Island regarding Scenic Roadway designation.
