AGENDA

1.      Garden Lot, LLC. Plat 7, Lot 33. Fire #160, Spring Street. Public Hearing for Unified Development Review for an Application by the Draper Family for a Special Use Permit under 407, Hotels, for a new restaurant.  

2.      Blue House Holding, LLC c/o Eric and Jennifer Connolly. Plat 17, Lot 31. Fire #588 Beach Ave. Public Hearing for an Application for Development Plan Review Application by Rob Sanders Architects for a Special Use Permit under Sections 307(E), 406 and 703 for construction of an addition to an existing single-family dwelling. Advisory to the Zoning Board. 

3.      Amusement Rides. Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Article 1, Section 111, General Prohibitions and Article 2, Section 202 Definitions, Amusement Rides. Make a recommendation to the Town Council including a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan.

4.      Tents and Storage Containers.  Discuss and Act on a request from the Town Council to consider an ordinance regulating tents and storage containers and other ancillary used in all zones on the island.
