1.   Gaffett, Lewis. Plat 6, Lot 3-3. Advisory to the Zoning Board for an Application by Thomas Martucci for a Special Use Permit under Section 408 for a change of use to an Inn.

 

2.   BI Goff, LLC. Plat 18, Lot 8. Pre-Application for a Minor Subdivision off West Side Road.

 

3.   The Pilot Hill Road 1261 Realty Trust. Plat 8, Lot 190. Pre-Application for Minor Subdivision off Pilot Hill Road.

 

4.   Public Notice from Coastal Resources Management Council, Plat 2, Lot 39 & 40 and 48-1. Application to expand the existing stone revetment system further up the slope to elevation 18 ft. Application # 2024-09-029. Comments must be received by CRMC on or before February 23, 2025. 

 

5.   Discuss scheduling a joint meeting with the Housing Board for Affordable and Attainable Housing. Discuss strategies for affordable and attainable housing. Prioritize and identify feasible/favorable to implement in the short term, provide feedback to Weston & Sampson.

 

6.   Clarify the language in Section 406(G)(4) regarding second story decks. Request from the Town Council

 

7.   Discuss and Act on an amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Section 512, Outdoor Lighting Ordinance.

 

8.   Zoning Ordinance, define uses in the list of prohibited uses that the Ordinance does not offer a definition of.
