AGENDA

 

1.      Block Island Land Trust, Ball, Martha A. and Ball, William O. Plat 3, Lot 118. Corn Neck Road.  Decision for an Application for Unified Development Review for Minor Subdivision of an existing parcel into two (2) lots, leaving one (1) residential lot and one (1) lot subject to conservation easements. Application for a Variance from Section 306(C).

 

2.      Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Define uses in the list of prohibited uses that the Ordinance does not offer a definition of. Review draft amendments and make a recommendation to the Town Council including a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan.

 

3.      Roosa, David. Plat 10, Lot 6. Fire #411 Payne Road. Advisory to the Zoning Board. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Section 406 to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and replace it with a single-family dwelling. 

 

4.      Seider, Mitchell and Beck, Lisa. Plat 11, Lot 87. Fire #787 Snake Hole Road. Advisory to the Zoning Board. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E) and Article 4, Section 406 for expansion of a single-family dwelling and an accessory residential structure.

 

5.      Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Accessory Dwelling Units. Zoning Ordinance, Section 513.  Review draft amendments and make a recommendation to the Town Council including a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan.

 

6.      Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Outdoor Lighting Ordinance. Discuss and Act on an amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Section 512, Outdoor Lighting Ordinance.

 

7.      Approval of Minutes
