AGENDA

 

1.   Application to Amend Zoning Ordinance. Discuss and Act on a request to provide the Town Council with findings and a recommendation on a proposed amendment by the Block Island Land Trust to amend Zoning Ordinance Sections 306(E) and 410(B)(2) re: Disc Golf. Planning Board must respond by May 15, 2026. (letters from public)

 

2.   Taylor, Alexander and Karan. Plat 15, Lot 30-1. Fire# 867 West Side Road. Advisory to the Zoning Board for an Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 306 (E) and 403 to renovate an existing accessory residential structure and construct a swimming pool on a lot containing two (2) single family dwelling units and three (3) Accessory Residential Structures and subject to a Zoning Board decision dated September 19, 2018.

 

3.   Amendment to Zoning Ordinance. Review and act on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.  Recommendation to the Town Council including a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan. (Town Council)

4.   Amendment to Zoning Ordinance. Zoning Appendix B – Use Categories Allowed by Zoning District (Zoning Official) 

 

5.   Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Accessory Dwelling Units. Zoning Ordinance, Section 513, Accessory Dwelling Units.  Review draft amendments and make a recommendation to the Town Council including a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan. Result of the joint meeting with the Town Council.

 

6.   Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Outdoor Lighting Ordinance. Discuss and Act on an amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Section 512, Outdoor Lighting Ordinance. Result of the joint meeting with the Town Council.

 

7.   Approval of Minutes
