In Attendance: Chair Jim Hinthorn, Co-Chair Andy Transue, Members: John Spier, Arlene Tunney and Police Chief Paul Deane. Laurel Payne was present to take minutes.
Absent: Carolyn Collins.
Mr. Hinthorne called the meeting to order at 4:00pm
Mr. Transue made a motion to approve the minutes from October 17th, Mr. Spier seconded, and all were in favor.

Chief Deane reported that there has been some testing of the body cameras, and he expects them to be in operation by February 1st. There are 8 cameras in total. Video and data will be able to be uploaded. Per the accreditation there are very specific criteria and policies to adhere to.
Mr. Hinthorne wanted to clarify the report presented by the Chief was at the Block Island Conservancy and not at the Nature Conservancy.

Chief Deane met with the Town Council; they have been very supportive. Ms. Tunney asked if the overtime/back pay situation had been rectified. Chief Deane reported that it had, and it has been very productive working with Interim Town Manager Land. He will contact the board if he needs any help in the future.
Ms. Tunney asked who would oversee moped training area enforcement. Chief Deane would be responsible and felt that the meeting between the moped owners and the Town Council was a step for holding them accountable. Discussion ensued regarding Weldon’s Way, The Harborside and possible video technology in the area.
Ms. Tunney made a motion to approve the 2025 schedule, Mr. Transue seconded, and all were in favor.

Mr. Hinthorn made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:23, Mr. Transue seconded, and all were in favor.
