LEGAL NOTICE

of hearings on applications

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session at the Town Hall, Old Town Road on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM for a regular meeting. 

All persons interested will be heard for or against the granting of the following Applications under the Zoning Ordinances:

1.      BI Harbor View Partners II, LLC. Plat 4, Lot 29. Fire # 638 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Sections 113(C) and 306(C) to demolish existing kitchen and construction an addition of 32’ x 40’ on the east side of the original structure.

2.      Murray, William and Aliia. Plat 6, Lot 60. Fire # 479 Old Town Road. Application for a Variance from Sections 113 (C) and 307(C) for the construction of 48 square feet to an existing garage.

The applications and accompanying materials are available for review at the Town Hall during normal business hours
