2.   Overlook Realty, LLC. Plat 19, Lot 3. Application for a Special Use Permit under Sections 401(A) and Section 408(A) and a Dimensional Variance from Section 312(C) for an existing Inn related to Applicant’s pending Subdivision Application before the Planning Board.
