The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER

Applications:

1.      VVO Real Estate Holding Corp. dba Harborside Inn. Plat 6, Lots 106 and 107. Fire # 41. Application for a Variance from Article 5, Section 502 A12; (B) regarding parking.

2.      Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919. Champlin Road. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 for a for a secondary dwelling development.  All existing structures will be razed.

3.      32 Dodge Street OpCo. LLC. Plat 6 Lot 138 and Lot 141. Fire # 439 Dodge Street. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 311 (E) and Article 4, Section 407 for an addition to the Surfside, construction of two accessory hotel rooms and to expand the accessory building.
