The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Discuss and Act on the Zoning Board of Review Annual Meeting Schedule for 2023

Applications:

1. Curtis, Brian, Trustee. Plat 3, Lot 92. Fire # 710 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) to rebuild and expand a dimensionally non-conforming single-family dwelling.

Public Hearings:

1. Hunt, John and Korman, Sari. Plat 4, Lots 16 and 17. Fire # 622 Corn Neck Road & Fire # 1065 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) to exceed lot building coverage and setback relief. The proposal merges two substandard lots into one larger substandard lot. All existing buildings to be razed and a new single-family dwelling and accessory buildings to be constructed.

2. Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919. Champlin Road. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 for a for a secondary dwelling development. All existing structures will be razed. Request for a continuance.

32 Dodge Street OpCo. LLC. Plat 6 Lot 138 and Lot 141. Fire # 439 Dodge Street. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 311 (E) and Article 4, Section 407 for an addition to the Surfside, construction of two accessory hotel rooms and to expand the accessory building. Request to be withdrawn without prejudice.

1. Sigfridson, David and Laurie. Plat 18, Lot 50. Fire # 540 Off Center Road. Application for a Variance from Sections 113(C) and 306(C) for construction of a dormer to a non-conforming single-family dwelling. Discuss a special meeting due to a lack of quorum
