The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Discuss and Act on the Zoning Board of Review Annual Meeting Schedule for 2023

 

Applications:

1.      Flowering Spade, LLC. Plat 2, Lot 32-2. Corn Neck Road.  Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 406 to construct a Single-Family Dwelling, Accessory Structure to be used as game room and storage and an Accessory Structure to be used for storage and fitness studio. The single-family dwelling exceeds the limits set forth in Section 306 (E). Planning Board conditional approval for an Administrative Subdivision of lots 32-1 and 32-2.  

 

Public Hearing:

1. Leone, Aldo and Andiamo Zeke LLC.  Plat 6, Lot 89. Weldon’s Way. Application for an Appeal by Aldo’s Bakery of a Notice of Violation issued by the Zoning Official dated August 15, 2022.

 

Decisions:

1.      Sigfridson, David and Laurie. Plat 18, Lot 50. Fire # 540 Off Center Road. Application for a Variance from Sections 113(C) and 306(C) for construction of a dormer to a non-conforming single-family dwelling.

 

2.      VVO Real Estate Holding Corp. dba Harborside Inn. Plat 6, Lots 106 and 107. Fire # 41. Application for a Variance from Article 5, Section 502 A12; (B) regarding parking.
