The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

1. Hunt, John and Korman, Sari. Plat 4, Lots 16 and 17. Fire # 622 Corn Neck Road & Fire # 1065 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) to exceed lot building coverage and setback relief. The proposal merges two substandard lots into one larger substandard lot. All existing buildings to be razed and a new single-family dwelling and accessory buildings to be constructed.
