The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Applications:

1. 1167 Grace’s Cove Road, LLC. Plat 19, Lot 72-1. Fire# 1167 Grace’s Cove Road. Application by David J. Beck and Deirdre E. Beck for a Special Use Permit under Section 513(D), 306(E), 401 to convert an Accessory Residential Structure to an Accessory Dwelling Unit.

 

2. Blue Dory Resorts, Inc. Plat 6, Lot 140. Fire #61 Dodge Street. Application by Ann Law for a Variance from Section 113 for construction of a dormer to add life safety stair improvement.

 

Public Hearings:
