The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.
THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER
Applications:
1. Town of New Shoreham. Plat 3, Lot 127. Mansion Road. Application by the Town Manager for a Special Use Permit under Section 306 (E) Government Facility for installation of public restrooms at Mansion Beach.
2. Fab Five, LLC. Plat 3, Lot 86-1. Fire # 1181 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Special Use Permit under Sections 306(C) and 406 to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and rebuild a single-family dwelling and an accessory structure.
3. BI Harbor View Partners II, LLC. Plat 4, Lot 29. Fire # 638 Corn Neck Road. Application by Richard Hayes for a Variance from Sections 113 (C) and 306 (C)for a construction of an addition to a single-family dwelling.
Public Hearings:
1. Hunt, John and Korman, Sari. Plat 4, Lots 16 and 17. Fire # 622 Corn Neck Road & Fire # 1065 Corn Neck Road. Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) to exceed lot building coverage and setback relief. The proposal merges two substandard lots into one larger substandard lot. All existing buildings to be razed and a new single-family dwelling and accessory buildings to be constructed.
