The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Public Hearings:

1.   VVO Real Estate Holding, Inc. Plat 6, Lot 107. Fire# 41 Water Street. Application for a Variance from Section 113(C)(2), Section 202 (26) (44.1) and Section 311(C), Maximum Height, to reconstruct the Harborside Hotel, which was destroyed in a fire in August 2023.

Decisions:

1.   Hart, Daniel FJR Trust. Plat 2. Lot 19-1. Fire # 745 Corn Neck Road. Application by Devlin Hart for a Variance from Section 306 (C) and a Special Use Permit under Section 513 (D) for construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit for year-round residents.
