The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Applications:

1.   Old Mill Partners, LLC. Plat 14, Lot 42. Fire # 903 Cooneymus Rd. Application by Pat Toomey for a Variance from Section 306(C) for construction of an accessory structure.

2.   Hunt, John. Plat 4, Lot 16. Fire # 622 Corn Neck Road.  Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) to demolish the existing four-bedroom dwelling and accessory structure and to construct a smaller two-bedroom single family dwelling and accessory structure outside of the Coastal Zone.

3.   Blue Dory Resorts, Inc. Plat 6, Lot 140. Fire #61 Dodge Street. Application by Ann Law for a Variance from Section 113 for construction of a dormer to add life safety stair improvement.
