The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Public Hearings:
1. VVO Real Estate Holding, Inc. Plat 6, Lots 106 and 107. Fire # 41 Water Street and Fire # 89 Weldon’s Way. Appeal of a Notice of Violation dated April 29, 2024 issued by Kerin L. Browning, Town Solicitor regarding Zoning Ordinance, Article 1, Section 111, General Prohibitions, No. 23.
