The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER

Public Hearings:

1. Maguire, Mark and Jackson, Linda. Plat 11, Lot 10-2. Fire # 778 Mitchell Lane. Extension of a previously approved decision for an Application for a Variance from Section 306(C) for side setback relief and for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 406 to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and replace it with a larger single-family dwelling. 
2. Block Island Housing Board. Plat 18, Lot 2-3. West Side Road. Extension of a previously approved decision for an Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 405, Affordable Housing for construction of eight (8) duplex structures, creating a total of sixteen (16) rental units, restricted to year-round residents.
3. Demos, The Family Trust, Gregory and Desiree Demos, Trustees. Plat 3, Lot 108. Application for a Variance under Section 306(C) for an addition to a single-family dwelling. 
4. Gaffett, Lewis. Plat 6, Lot 3-3. Application by Thomas Martucci for a Special Use Permit under Section 408 for a change of use to an Inn.
