The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

Applications:
1. Hofeldt, Gregory T. and O’Leary, Erin A. Plat 19, Lot 16. Fire # 925 off Coast Guard Road. Application for a Variance from Section 113(C) and 306(C) to construct an addition to a single-family dwelling.
2. Boston, David and Diane. Plat 19, Lot 35. Fire # 1199 Coast Guard Road. Application for a Special Use Permit under Section 314, 401 and 424 and a Variance from Section 113 and 314 for construction of an addition to a dwelling that is in New Shoreham Coastal Zone (C Zone).
