The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.

THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER

Public Hearings:

1.      Gorayeb, Christopher J. Plat 19, Lot 37. Fire # 919 Champlin Road. Second request for a two-year extension of the Zoning Decision dated July 20, 2023, for an Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E); Article 4, Sections 401 and 403 for a secondary dwelling development.  All existing structures will be razed.

2.      Demos, The Family Trust, Gregory and Desiree Demos, Trustees. Plat 3, Lot 108. Application for a Variance under Section 306(C) for an addition to a single-family dwelling.
