The Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review will be in session for a meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 16 Old Town Road, Block Island, RI.
THE AGENDA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE CHAIRMAN OR UPON MOTION OF ANY MEMBER
1. Mitchell Seider and Lisa Beck, Plat 11, Lot 37. Fire #787 Snake Hole Road. Request for a two-year extension of the Zoning Decision dated November 21, 2025. Application for a Special Use Permit under Article 3, Section 306(E) and Article 4, Section 406 for expansion of a single-family dwelling and an accessory residential structure.
2. BI Panther Co, LLC and Jaime Delia. Plat 8, Lot 2. Fire # 331 Spring Street. Application for a Variance from Section 113(C)(2) and Section 306 to demolish and rebuild a single-family dwelling.

1. St. Andrews Church Corp. Plat 8, Lot 77. Fire # 22 Spring Street. Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 314(C)(1) and 415(B)(3) for shoreline alterations to slow erosion of the coastal bluff.
2. Boston, David K. and Diane F. Plat 19, Lot 25. Fire #1199 Coast Guard Road. Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 113 to construct an addition on a structure that is located in the Coastal Zone.
3. Demos, The Family Trust, Gregory and Desiree Demos, Trustees. Plat 3, Lot 108. Application for a Variance under Section 306(C) for an addition to a single-family dwelling.
