Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 113(B)(1), 113(B)(4), 306(E) to raze and rebuild the Accessory Residential Structure including a Section 513 Accessory Dwelling Unit identified as Building C, minor modification to the existing decks on building B and to construct a swimming pool. The lot contains two (2) Single-Family Dwelling Units and three (3) Accessory Residential Structures.

2.   St. Andrews Church Corp. Plat 8, Lot 77. Fire # 22 Spring Street. Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sections 314(C)(1) and 415(B)(3) for shoreline alterations to slow erosion of the coastal bluff.

3.   Boston, David K. and Diane F. Plat 19, Lot 25. Fire # 1199 Coast Guard Road. Application for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 113 to construct an addition on a structure that is located in the Coastal Zone.

Public Hearings:

1.   Demos, The Family Trust, Gregory and Desiree Demos, Trustees. Plat 3, Lot 108. Application for a Variance under Section 306(C) for an addition to a single-family dwelling.
