COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the communication. Seconded by COUNCILOR FUERTE. Discussion occurred among the Council regarding the street being closed. COUNCILOR HOLDER indicated he had spoken with the applicant and she does not wish to close Bellevue Avenue rather only use the sidewalk. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD. Anthony Pepe, Food Truck Festivals of America, addressed the Council regarding the event. COUNCILOR LEONARD read restrictions into the record as set forth by Department of Environmental Management. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. Discussion occurred among the Council and Bevan Linsey, on behalf of the Aquidneck Grower’s Market. The motion to approve was voted 5-2 with COUNCILOR CEGLIE and MAYOR NAPOLITANO opposed.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE introduced the resolution and moved for its passage. Seconded by COUNCILOR HOLDER. Discussion occurred among the Council. COUNCILOR BOVA moved to schedule a workshop as soon as possible. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
11. Lead Paint Enforcement- L. Ceglie, J. Napolitano, J. Bova, C. Holder, E. Fuerte
COUNCILOR CEGLIE introduced the resolution and moved for its passage. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. Discussion occurred among the Council. COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the documents from the Childhood Lead Action Project and add the reference to Senate Bill S2765 to the Resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY. COUNCILOR MCCALLA moved to amend the resolution by adding language in support of the Childhood Lead Action Project and their proposed amendments. Seconded by COUNCILOR FUERTE and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the resolution as amended. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
