COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. COUNCILOR MCCALLA provided details regarding the event. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive and refer the communication to the City Administration for a recommendation. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD. Paul Harden, 222 Coggeshall Ave, addressed the Council on behalf of the Waterfront Commission. The motion to receive and refer was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. The following members from the public addressed the Council:

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the Consent Calendar in its entirety with the exception of b(3), h, i and j. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
2. Second-hand license, New, Daniel Tytenicz, d/b/a Abbieland Antiques, 3 Long Lane Court (Hearing)
Daniel Tytenicz addressed the Council regarding the application. COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to close the public hearing and approve. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
3. Victualing License, New, 500 on Bellevue, LLC, d/b/a Fitness 500 Club, 181 Bellevue Ave.
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD. Anthony Freitas, 999 West Main Rd. , applicant, addressed the Council regarding the application. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
5. Amending Chapter 12.32 of the Codified Ordinances, entitled, “Park and Recreation Areas”, to amend Section 12.32.061 entitled, “Public tennis courts and running-track Regulations” (Second reading)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to adopt the ordinance on second reading. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
6. Action Item #6091/22 – RE: Bid Award #22-039 Water Distribution System Improvements Project (w/accompanying resolution)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
7. Action Item #6092/22 – RE: Amendment No. 5 - Contract # 16-040 - Engineering Services for Drainage Investigation and Flooding Analysis - Whitwell Avenue Area (w/accompanying resolution)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. COUNCILOR LEONARD had questions regarding the services. Robert Schultz, Director of Utilities, addressed the Council to answer questions. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
8. Action Item #6093/22 – RE: Bid Award #22-035 - Long Wharf Pump Station Improvements Project (w/accompanying resolution)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. Robert Schultz, Director of Utilities, addressed the Council regarding the project. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY
9. Action Item #6094/22 – RE: Amendment No. 4 - Contract # 19-010 - Engineering Services for Design of the North End Sanitary Sewer Project (w/accompanying resolution)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA. Robert Schultz, Director of Utilities, addressed the Council regarding the project. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to adjourn as Council and convene as Board of License Commissioners. Seconded by COUNCILOR BOVA and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
ADJOURN AS COUNCIL AND CONVENE AS BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
