COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the Consent Calendar in its entirety. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
2. Mobile Food Establishment Truck (MFET), New (1 available), Wiener Wagon, LLC, d/b/a Wiener Wagon, 250 West Main Rd.
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR HOLDER. COUNCILOR BOVA had questions regarding ownership of mobile food establishments. CITY SOLICITOR BEHAN addressed the Council regarding ownership as it exists under the law and indicated ordinance changes would be required. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
3. Bicycle Rental Agency, New, Island Adventures, Inc., d/b/a Island Adventures, 4 Spring Wharf
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
4. Thames Street International Yacht & 3 Athletic Club, d/b/a Thames Street International Yacht & Athletic Club, 536 Thames St.
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to approve the license. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
5. Amending Chapter 10.32.100, entitled, “Designated residential parking district”, to add George St. (Second Reading)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to adopt the ordinance on second reading. Seconded by COUNCILOR FUERTE and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
6. Action Item #6080/22 - re: Solid Waste and Recycling Service Bid #22-023 (w/accompanying resolution)
COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR FUERTE. William Riccio, Director of Public Services, addressed the Council to answer questions regarding the contract. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEOANRD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to receive the communication and adopt the accompanying resolution. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEOANRD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

COUNCILOR CEGLIE moved to adjourn as Council as convene as Board of License Commissioners. Seconded by COUNCILOR LEONARD and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
ADJOURN AS COUNCIL AND CONVENE AS BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
