WORKSHOP RE:  STRATEGIC PLAN CONSULTANT

The following items of business, filed with the City Clerk under the Rules of the Council, came before the Council at a workshop held on August 17, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at Innovate Newport, 513 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.

The CITY CLERK called the Roll and the following members were present:

MAYOR KHAMSYVORAVONG opened the workshop.  Julia Novak, Raftelis, provided a presentation to the Council regarding the process for the plan.  Discussion occurred among the Council and Ms. Raftelis.
