The following items of business, filed with the City Clerk under the Rules of the Council, came before the Council at a workshop held on December 13, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., City Hall, Council Chambers, 43 Broadway,  Newport, RI 02840.

The City Council members discussed their legislative priorities for 2024.  Stephen Land, Harbormaster, addressed the Council to discuss cruise ship landing fees.
