The following Council members were present:

The Council convened at 4:47 P.M. and interviewed the following applicants:

Both applicants were asked the following questions:

 

What is your professional background, and do you have any applicable professional expertise regarding historic preservation?

 

What has been your experience serving on the HDC?

 

Do you have any recommendations regarding the HDC?

 

What do you see as some opportunities to improve the HDC?

 

Specific to Mr. Bjork: Do you have any insights as to the Zoning Board's comments in their final decisions reversing some HDC decisions?
