MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL

WORKSHOP RE:  TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN

The following items of business, filed with the City Clerk under the Rules of the Council, came before the Council at a workshop held on March 29, 2023 at 5:53 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 43 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.

 

The DEPUTY CITY CLERK called the Roll and the following members were present:

1.  TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN

 

MAYOR KHAMSYVORAVONG opened the workshop.  The Deputy City Clerk provided an explanation on the delay to the start of the meeting and how to access the meeting video. 

 

Director of Planning and Economic Development Patricia Reynolds and City Planner Tuuli Martin presented the Transportation Master Plan.  Discussion occurred among the Council members, Director Reynolds, City Planner Martin, Planning Board Vice Chair Melissa Pattavina, and Transportation Engineer Consultant Lucy Gibson.
