The following Council members were present:

The Council convened at 5:05 P.M. and interviewed the following applicants:

 

5:00 p.m. Alexander Donlan

 

5:25 p.m. Robert Norton

 

5:50 p.m. Tom Gibson- (application withdrawn)

 

6:15 p.m. Thomas Rowe

 

The applicants were asked to discuss their vision for the harbor, whether they have reviewed the Harbor Management Plan or attended meetings and how they would navigate any conflicts of interest.
