NOTICE OF ERRATUM

(15494) ORDERED:

That on December 17, 1997, the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 15482 in the above-captioned matter. The Report and Order is hereby corrected as follows:

The ordering paragraph, which begins, "The Blackstone Valley Electric Company's proposed Retail Delivery Purchased Power Adjustment Clause tariff is hereby rejected as moot", should be corrected to read, "The Blackstone Valley Electric Company's proposed Retail Delivery Purchased Power Adjustment Clause factor is hereby rejected as moot, and the instant docket is closed." (Emphasis added.)
