Report and Order

WHEREAS: On December 10, 1997, John L. Atwood, Alternate Agent, Rhode Island Truck Owners Association, submitted supplement number 58 to MF-RPUC-CRR-800 for charges, hourly rates and rules applying to residential movements of household goods between points in Rhode Island.

WHEREAS: The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rates are reasonable and are generally in conformance with the rates of other moving companies in the State of Rhode Island.

Accordingly, it is

(15497) ORDERED:

That the Division approves the rates specified in the tariff of the Rhode Island Truck Owners Association and that these rates are to become effective five (5) days from the date of this order.
