Report and Order
WHEREAS: On March 20, 1998, Dean M. DePietro, dba: Presidential Van Lines, filed a tariff in accordance with the provisions of Title 39 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, under operating certificate number MC-2346.
WHEREAS: This company provides a moving service in the transportation of new or used household goods between points in Rhode Island.
WHEREAS: The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rates are reasonable and in line with other moving company rates.
Accordingly, it is
That the Division hereby approves the rates specified herein, with the exception of Sections 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14 (as discussed with the Applicant) which are denied. The tariff is to become effective as of the date of this order.
