Report and Order
WHEREAS: On April 7, 1998, Viking Tours, P. O. Box 330, Newport, Rhode Island 02840 filed a tariff in accordance with the provisions of Title 39 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, under their jitney certificate J-471.
WHEREAS: The company provides different bus tours in the Newport area. They propose to increase the adult fares for the 1998 season by $1.00 per person. No increase in the child's fares is proposed.

WHEREAS: The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rate increase for the 1998 season is reasonable and justified.
Accordingly, it is
That the Division approves the rates specified above for Viking Tours. These rates are effective as of the date of this order.
