Report and Order
WHEREAS: On April 20, 1998, John L. Atwood, Alternate Agent, Rhode Island Truck Owners Association, submitted supplement number 61 for charges, hourly rates and rules applying to residential movements of household goods between points in Rhode Island for the following certificated household goods' movers:
Littleton's Express & Transfer, Inc.
Beany & Sons Inc.
WHEREAS: The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rates are just and reasonable along with being in conformance with the rates of other competitive moving companies in Rhode Island.
Accordingly, it is
That the Division approves the rates specified in the tariff of the Rhode Island Truck Owners Association and that these rates are to become effective as of the date of this order.
