Report and Order
WHEREAS: On May 14, 1998, Peter Pan Bus Lines of Rhode Island, Inc., 170 Westminster Street, Suite 900, Providence, Rl 02903 filed a tariff in accordance with the provisions of Title 39, Chapter 13 of the General Laws of Rhode Island for passenger transportation services provided by authority granted through report and order number 15595 dated April 22, 1998.
WHEREAS: The company provides bus tours in the Providence area. The Division is of the opinion that the proposed rates for the 1998 season are reasonable and justified.
Accordingly, it is
That the Division approves the rates for Peter Pan Bus Lines of Rhode Island, Inc. These rates are effective as of the date of this order.
